COACHING SESSIONS | FOR MEN OR WOMEN

I’m offering a limited number of FREE ONLINE 60-min Somatica Sexuality Coaching Sessions over the coming weeks as part of the graduation requirements for a Sexology Certification Training I completed last year. While I’ve already been working as a Sacred Sexuality Educator for the past 13 years (see my experience below), I’ve completing another training to add more skills to my tool kit….and just need a filmed session to submit to my teachers.
These body-based coaching sessions are tailored to a particular area of growth or challenge you may be experiencing, and.
Some examples of what we might explore together:
• Difficulty feeling fully relaxed or present in intimacy
• Wanting to feel more confident in listening to your body’s yes or no
• Struggling to communicate needs or boundaries in relationships or in dating
• Feeling disconnected from pleasure, desire, or sensuality
• Healing shame, insecurity, or self-judgment around sexuality or the body
• Rebuilding confidence after heartbreak or difficult relationship experiences
• Connecting to rituals of attunement with your womb & yoni
These sessions are embodied, consent-based, trauma-aware, and tailored to your comfort level and desires for growth.
DISCLAIMER: As part of the graduation requirements, I will be submitting one of the recorded sessions to my two (female) coaches (Founders of Somatica Institute)to review with me as part of my graduation. All recordings will be deleted afterwards, and no one other than these two women will see the recordings (one to be selected from sessions). If this speaks to you, please book your session below. About your Guide
